At James Hurt, we are committed to providing clear, honest, and timely service to all our customers. Below is an overview of our fulfillment policies, including how we process orders, handle shipping, returns, and cancellations.

We ship orders within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard processing time is 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

• Shipping times: 3–7 business days (depending on location and selected shipping method)
   
• Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
   
• Destinations: Domestic U.S. only (for now)
   

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at James@jameshurt.com or call 972/832-7760 within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may have already entered production or shipped and cannot be canceled.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

• To initiate a return: Contact us at james@jameshurt.com with your order number and reason for return.
   
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
   
• Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.
   

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
